Intro to Orienteering and training day – Session 2

NOTES

Part of a series of training days aimed at beginner and moderate-level orienteers looking to learn new skills or improve existing ones.

There will be a structured series of coaching and training activities to develop skills and confidence for bush orienteering. Each training day proceeds a club event so you’ll be able to put your improved skills to test.

Note: Don’t worry if you have to miss a session – just come along to as many as you can!
