Our 2023 Autumn Park & Street series kicked off where 2022 wrapped up – Willow Park, Wodonga.  We’ve used the map a lot but it is one of the best for park & street orienteering, offering a great mix of large parkland, linear parks, interlinked streets and a big hill.

Nick Mousley topped the Run class, with what would have been the maximum possible 530 points except for running right past a control without detouring the required 20 m into it!

Rick Armstrong was the inaugural winner in our new Walk class, covering an impressive 5 km in 44 minutes and collecting many controls along the way.

Alan Davis scored the maximum possible 530 points with only one small error to win the Ride (MTB) class, riding with good speed and efficient route choice.

Congrats to Rachael and young son Henry on completing their first event!

Thanks to course setters Fabrizio Andreoni and John Trevivian for a well organised and enjoyable event.
