NOTES
The AWOC DuO Champs combine both foot and mountain bike racing and will this year be held on Nail Can Hill, Albury.
NOTES:
- Entry is open to everyone but you must be an AWOC member to be eligible for Club Championship honours.
- Competitors do not need to do both foot and MTB courses if not competing for the DuO – you may opt to do only one or the other.
Terrain
All courses are on the eastern and, for MTBO, southern slopes of Nail Can Hill. NCH has a mixture of vehicle tracks, single track, gullies and a scattering of rock and old gold mining features.
Courses
Senior (adult) DuO courses consist of a foot leg followed by a MTB leg and then a second foot leg.
Competitors may choose to do only the foot or MTB legs (non championship).
Course details will be provided once finalised
